Since 1992, we have been purposefully different. We take pride in our accommodations by giving each residence special attention and responding quickly to maintenance needs. We are reliable landlords because we know how important it is to keep you happy, the buildings in great shape and the communities that surround you vibrant and fun.

All Green Rock Apartments utilize electric yard equipment, zero VOC paints, 8 recycling streams, including all plastics, metal, electronics, paper, glass, plastic bags, batteries, textiles, Styrofoam and light bulbs. We provide tenants with free LED light bulbs, Lithium Ion long-lasting batteries, and composting on site, Garden spaces, laundry strips, general gentle soap from Restore Naturals and Descaler for tub tile and toilet cleaning and more. We strive to keep tenants informed and offer educational and consumer tips through periodic newsletters. 

Green Rock Apartments has 300,000 watts of solar panels up or in process, white reflective roofs, reflective coatings on windows for heat reduction and privacy, high efficiency boilers, new energy efficient doors and windows, a geothermal system installed in 2010, high efficiency infrared electric space heaters, and all electric work vehicles, including a 4x4 ATV for snow removal and gardening from DRR performance vehicles. We have installed dozens of heat pump units to reduce our tenants utility costs and the PLANETS!
